Clinical value analysis of intraoperative aseptic technique enhanced nursing in patients undergoing acute appendicitis resection
术中无菌技术强化护理在急性阑尾炎切除术患者中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 分析术中无菌技术强化护理在急性阑尾炎切除患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的70例急性阑尾炎切除术患者，随机分为对照组（35例）和观察组（35例）。对照组采用术中常规护理，观察组实施术中无菌技术强化护理，对比两组患者术后并发症发生率以及手术相关指标。结果 观察组术后切口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对急性阑尾炎切除术患者术中实施无菌技术强化护理，可降低术后切口感染、腹腔感染等并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of intraoperative aseptic technique enhanced nursing in patients undergoing acute appendicitis resection.
Methods 70 patients who underwent acute appendicitis resection in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases) and an observation group (35 cases). The control group received routine intraoperative care, while the observation group received enhanced intraoperative sterile technology care. The incidence of postoperative complications and surgical related indicators were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The observation group had shorter postoperative wound healing time and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and a lower incidence of postoperative complications, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing aseptic techniques to strengthen nursing care for patients undergoing acute appendicitis resection can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infection and abdominal infection, shorten hospitalization time, and have important clinical application value.
