Application and effect of nursing risk management in the care of hemodialysis patients
血液透析患者护理风险管理的应用与效果

摘要

目的 探讨护理风险管理在血液透析患者护理中的应用方法与效果。方法 选2023年1月-2024年1月本院90例血液透析患者，随机分对照组和观察组各45例，对照组常规护理，观察组加系统化护理风险管理，比较不良事件发生率、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果 观察组不良事件发生率更低，护理满意度更高，生活质量各维度评分也更高，差异均有统计学意义。结论 护理风险管理可降低血液透析患者不良事件风险，提升护理质量与患者生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application methods and effects of nursing risk management in the care of hemodialysis patients.
Methods 90 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received systematic nursing risk management. The incidence of adverse events, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores were compared.
Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower, the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were also higher. The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   Nursing risk management can reduce the risk of adverse events in hemodialysis patients, improve the quality of care and the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
