Application of individualized operating room nursing based on risk assessment in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery
基于风险评估的个体化手术室护理在髋关节置换术老年患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究风险评估导向的个体化手术室护理，对老年髋关节置换患者术中状态、术后并发症及关节康复的影响。方法 以我院收治拟行髋关节置换术老年患者68例，分两组，各34例。对照组实施手术室常规护理流程，观察组术前、术中开展综合风险筛查评估，依据患者年龄、基础疾病、衰弱程度、血栓风险、压疮风险、心理状态制定个体化手术室护理方案。对比两组术后并发症发生率及术后髋关节Harris功能评分。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率更低，术后不同时段Harris评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年髋关节置换患者实施风险评估联合个体化手术室护理，可稳定术中状况、减少术后并发症、促进关节康复，值得临床应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of risk assessment oriented individualized operating room nursing on the intraoperative status, postoperative complications, and joint rehabilitation of elderly hip replacement patients.
Methods Sixty eight elderly patients who were scheduled to undergo hip replacement surgery were admitted to our hospital and divided into two groups, with 34 patients in each group. The control group implements routine nursing procedures in the operating room, while the observation group conducts comprehensive risk screening and assessment before and during surgery. Individualized operating room nursing plans are developed based on the patient’s age, underlying diseases, degree of weakness, risk of thrombosis, risk of pressure ulcers, and psychological status. Compare the incidence of postoperative complications and Harris functional score of hip joint between two groups.
Results The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group, and Harris scores were better than those in the control group at different time points after surgery (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing risk assessment combined with personalized operating room nursing for elderly hip replacement patients can stabilize intraoperative conditions, reduce postoperative complications, and promote joint rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical application.
