Analysis of the impact of multidimensional standardized nursing on blood pressure in patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit
多维度规范化护理对重症监护室急性心衰患者血压的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究对重症监护室急性心衰患者实施多维度规范化护理后对其血压的影响。方法 采用回顾性分析，选取重症监护室急性心衰患者资料80例，按照护理方式的不同，将2024年1月至2024年12月期间接受常规护理的40例纳入对照组，将2025年1月至2025年12月期间接受多维度规范化护理的40例纳入实验组，对比两组血压与心脏功能变化。结果 实验组血压指标与心脏功能指标均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在重症监护室急性心衰患者的护理中，多维度规范化护理可有效提高血压控制效果，缓解患者不适，促进患者心脏功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of multidimensional standardized nursing on blood pressure in patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit.
Methods A total of 80 patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit were selected. From January 2024 to December 2024, 40 patients received routine nursing care and were included in the control group. From January 2025 to December 2025, 40 patients received multidimensional standardized nursing care and were included in the experimental group. The changes in blood pressure and cardiac function between the two groups were compared.
Results The blood pressure and cardiac function indicators in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Multidimensional standardized nursing can effectively improve blood pressure control, alleviate patient discomfort, and promote cardiac function recovery in the care of patients with acute heart failure in the intensive care unit.
