The effect of Roy adaptation mode combined with operating room nursing on sleep quality of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
罗伊适应模式配合手术室护理对人工全膝关节置换术患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析罗伊适应模式配合手术室护理对人工全膝关节置换术（TKA）患者术后睡眠质量的改善效果。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取2023年6月至2025年6月期间行TKA治疗的112例患者作为研究对象，根据护理方案不同分为对照组（常规手术室护理）和观察组（罗伊适应模式配合手术室护理）。结果 观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）总分为显著低于对照组，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分更低，美国特种外科医院膝关节评分（HSS）更高（P<0.05）。结论 罗伊适应模式配合手术室护理可能通过减轻疼痛、缓解焦虑等途径间接改善TKA患者的术后睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of Roy’s adaptation mode combined with operating room nursing on postoperative sleep quality in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA).
Methods A retrospective study was conducted, selecting 112 patients who underwent TKA treatment from June 2023 to June 2025 as the research subjects. According to different nursing plans, they were divided into a control group (conventional operating room nursing) and an observation group (Roy adaptation mode combined with operating room nursing).
Results The total Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with lower Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Self‑Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores and higher Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score (HSS) scores (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The Roy adaptation model combined with operating room nursing may indirectly improve the postoperative sleep quality of TKA patients by reducing pain, alleviating anxiety, and other pathways.
