The influence of comprehensive perioperative operating room nursing care on surgical efficiency in cataract surgery
白内障围手术期手术室综合护理配合对手术效率的影响

摘要

目的 为了探究白内障围手术期手术室综合护理配合对手术效率的影响。方法 回顾性选取2024年12月-2025年12月收治的白内障手术患者病例资料500例，按照护理方式分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（围手术期综合护理），各250例，观察两组手术间利用效率，术前等待时间，两组患者的手术完备率以及手术室感染控制风险发生情况。结果 观察组的手术间利用率高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义，观察组的术前等待时间低于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组患者的手术完备率高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组的手术室感染控制管理护理风险发生情况低于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 手术室综合护理能够提高手术间利用率，减少患者术前等待时间，且手术完备率高，有利于手术过程的进展顺利并且能够减少手术室感染护理风险情况的发生，极大的提高了手术效率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive perioperative operating room nursing care on surgical efficiency in cataract surgery.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 500 patients who underwent cataract surgery from December 2024 to December 2025. Patients were divided into a control group (routine nursing care) and an observation group (comprehensive perioperative nursing care), with 250 patients in each group. Operating room utilization efficiency, preoperative waiting time, surgical completion rate, and the incidence of operating room infection control risks were observed in both groups.
Results The operating room utilization rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The preoperative waiting time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The surgical completion rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of operating room infection control risks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive operating room nursing can improve operating room utilization, reduce patient preoperative waiting time, and increase surgical completion rate. This facilitates smooth surgical procedures, reduces the risk of operating room infection control, and significantly improves surgical efficiency.
