Exploring the impact of goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with pain intervention on postoperative patients with femoral neck fractures
探讨目标性康复护理结合疼痛干预对股骨颈骨折术后患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨目标性康复护理结合疼痛干预对股骨颈骨折术后患者的影响。方法 选取医院2025年1月-2025年12月收治的68例股骨颈骨折术患者为探究对象。随机分为对照组（34例，常规护理）与观察组（34例，目标性康复护理结合疼痛干预）。结果 观察组术后1d、2d、5d的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）疼痛评分及术后并发症发生率均更低（P＜0.05）；术后3月观察组Harris髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数（BI）评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对股骨颈骨折术后患者实施目标性康复护理联合疼痛干预，能够有效缓解术后疼痛，降低并发症发生风险，同时促进髋关节功能恢复，提升患者日常生活活动能力。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with pain intervention on patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.
Methods A total of 68 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases, receiving conventional nursing) and an observation group (34 cases, receiving goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with pain intervention).
Results The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain scores and postoperative complication rates in the observation group were lower at 1 day, 2 days, and 5 days postoperatively (P < 0.05). At 3 months postoperatively, the Harris hip score and Barthel Index (BI) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing goal-oriented rehabilitation nursing combined with pain intervention for patients after femoral neck fracture surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the risk of complications, promote hip joint function recovery, and improve patients’ daily living activities.
