目的 观察在对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者护理过程中开展综合性血糖管理护理的作用。方法随机在2024年5月-2025年5月糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者中选择70例为对象，数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（35例）进行常规护理，观察组（35例）则进行综合性血糖管理护理。对两组管理效果进行对比。结果 观察组各指标均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析进行血糖管理护理过程中开展综合性护理管理，有助于改善患者血糖。
Objective To observe the role of comprehensive glucose management nursing in the nursing process of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected from maintenance hemodialysis patients from May 2024 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table. The control group (35 cases) received routine care, and the observation group (35 cases) received comprehensive glucose management care. Compare the management effects of two groups. Results All indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Carrying out comprehensive nursing management in the process of glucose management nursing for maintenance hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy is helpful to improve patients’ blood sugar.
