Application of targeted pressure ulcer prevention nursing in patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery for spinal fractures
针对性压疮预防护理在脊柱骨折切开复位内固定术患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探究脊柱骨折切开复位内固定术患者护理中采取针对性压疮预防护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象为66例脊柱骨折切开复位内固定术患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。使用随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组33例。前者采取常规护理，后者采取针对性压疮预防护理。对两组压疮发生率及护理满意度进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，实验组压疮发生率更低（P＜0.05），护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性压疮预防护理能够有效降低脊柱骨折切开复位内固定术患者的压疮发生率，提高患者护理满意度，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of targeted pressure ulcer prevention nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of spinal fractures.
Methods The subjects of this study were 66 patients who underwent open reduction and internal fixation surgery for spinal fractures, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The former adopts routine care, while the latter adopts targeted pressure ulcer prevention care. Compare the incidence of pressure ulcers and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted pressure ulcer prevention nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation of spinal fractures, improve patient nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
