Study on the application effect of comfort nursing model in perioperative patients in otolaryngology
舒适护理模式在耳鼻喉科围手术期患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 剖析人本化全域舒适护理模式在耳鼻喉科精细化围术期护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2025年1月-6月本院耳鼻喉科50例择期手术患者为研究对象，随机均分对照组、实验组各25例，对照组实施耳鼻喉科常规标准化围术期护理，实验组融合生理舒缓、心理干预、环境适配、专科创面养护四维创新舒适护理模式干预，对照两组核心护理结局指标。结果 实验组围术期躯体舒适评分、护理总满意度高于对照组；术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、并发症发生率低于对照组，组间计量、计数资料统计学差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 靶向耳鼻喉科专科病理特点构建的定制化舒适护理模式，突破传统单一躯体护理局限，实现身心协同干预，弱化手术应激反应，降低耳鼻喉术区创面感染、黏膜水肿并发症风险，提升护理人文质量与术后康复效率，适配耳鼻喉科微创围术期护理体系。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of a humanized, comprehensive comfort nursing model in precision perioperative care for otolaryngology patients.
Methods A total of 50 elective surgery patients from the Department of Otolaryngology at our hospital from January to June 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=25) and an experimental group (n=25). The control group received standardized routine perioperative care for otolaryngology, while the experimental group received an innovative four-dimensional comfort nursing intervention incorporating physiological relaxation, psychological support, environmental adaptation, and specialized wound care. Core nursing outcome indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The experimental group demonstrated higher scores for perioperative physical comfort and overall nursing satisfaction compared to the control group; lower postoperative pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores and fewer complications, with statistically significant differences in quantitative and categorical data (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The customized comfort nursing model tailored to the specific pathological characteristics of otolaryngology overcomes the limitations of traditional single-body care, achieves integrated physical and psychological interventions, mitigates surgical stress responses, reduces risks of wound infection and mucosal edema complications in otolaryngological procedures, enhances nursing quality and postoperative recovery outcomes, and is well-suited for minimally invasive perioperative care in this specialty.
