目的 探讨刮痧技术联合推拿治疗对腰痹（腰椎间盘突出症）患者的临床疗效。方法 选取腰痹患者78例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组39例。对照组给予推拿治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合刮痧治疗。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组的（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组数字疼痛评分（NRS）低于对照组，日本骨科协会评分（JOA）高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 刮痧联合推拿治疗腰痹能够更有效地缓解患者腰部疼痛，改善腰椎功能，提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of scraping therapy technology combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar spondylosis (lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion). Methods 78 patients with lumbar spondylosis admitted and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each the control group was given massage treatment, and the observation group was treated with scraping therapy in addition to the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of scraping therapy and massage for lumbar spondylosis can more effectively relieve patients’ lumbar pain, improve lumbar function, and improve clinical efficacy.
