Effect of psychological nursing on improving anxiety and sleep quality in patients undergoing radiotherapy for cancer
心理护理对肿瘤放射治疗患者心理焦虑状态改善的效果及睡眠质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析心理护理对肿瘤放射治疗患者心理焦虑状态改善的效果以及睡眠质量的影响。方法 以回顾性分析的方式，选择56例2024年1月至2026年1月在我院实施放射治疗的患者作为研究对象。根据其使用的护理方案差异，分为2组：对照组（包含28例，实施常规护理）和观察组（包含28例，加用心理护理）。统计2组患者护理前、后的心理焦虑评分、睡眠质量以及患者护理体验等数据，并加以对比。结果 相较于护理前，护理后2组患者的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均有所下降，且观察组分值较对照组更低，P＜0.05。相较于护理前，护理后2组患者的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率等分值均有所改善，且观察组较对照组占优，P＜0.05。观察组的护理满意度相较于对照组更高，P＜0.05。结论 在肿瘤放射治疗患者中，选取心理护理，可有效改善患者的心理焦虑状态，优化睡眠质量，临床价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on improving anxiety levels and sleep quality in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted using clinical data from 56 patients who received radiotherapy at our hospital between January 2024 and January 2026. Patients were divided into two groups based on their nursing interventions: a control group (n=28) receiving standard care and an observation group (n=28) receiving standard care plus psychological nursing. Pre- and post-intervention data on anxiety scores, sleep quality, and patient care experience were collected and compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing intervention, both groups showed reduced anxiety and depression scores compared to pre-intervention levels, with significantly lower scores observed in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Sleep quality, time to fall asleep, total sleep duration, and sleep efficiency improved in both groups after intervention, with better outcomes in the observation group (P < 0.05). Patient satisfaction with nursing care was also higher in the observation group compared to the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing effectively improves anxiety levels and enhances sleep quality in cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, demonstrating significant clinical value.
