Application and efficacy evaluation of comprehensive nursing combined with intramuscular efficacy plasters in breast surgery patients
综合护理联合肌内效贴在乳腺手术患者中的应用及疗效评价

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理联合肌内效贴干预方案应用于乳腺手术患者的临床效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月本院收治行乳腺手术患者100例，采用随机数字表法均分为对照组、观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规围手术期综合护理，观察组在综合护理基础上加用肌内效贴贴扎干预。对比两组术后不同时间疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、肩关节活动度、患侧上肢周径差、上肢功能（DASH）评分、术后并发症发生率、康复相关指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后3d、7d、14d VAS评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；术后14d，其肩关节活动度、上肢周径差、DASH评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；下床活动时间、引流时间、住院时长更短，护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理联合肌内效贴可缓解乳腺术后疼痛和水肿，改善肩关节活动与上肢功能，减少并发症，促进康复，提升护理满意度，具有较高临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the intervention scheme of comprehensive nursing combined with intramuscular efficacy plasters in breast surgery patients.
Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent breast surgery in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative comprehensive nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing combined with intramuscular efficacy plasters. The postoperative pain visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, shoulder joint range of motion, difference in upper limb circumference on the affected side, upper limb function (DASH) scores, incidence of postoperative complications, rehabilitation-related indicators, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); at 14 days after surgery, its shoulder joint range of motion, difference in upper limb circumference, and DASH scores were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the time to get out of bed, drainage time, and hospital stay were shorter, and the nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing combined with intramuscular efficacy plasters can relieve postoperative pain and edema, improve shoulder joint movement and upper limb function, reduce complications, promote rehabilitation, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical value.
