本案例描述了1例难治性带状疱疹后神经痛患者的中西医结合康复护理。基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类（ICF），从“身体功能、活动和参与以及环境因素”三个维度进行全面评估，结合中医辨证施护原则，进行“身体功能维度的疼痛控制与睡眠修复护理”，“活动与参与维度的家庭照护和社会功能重建护理”，“环境因素维度支持性康复环境的构建护理”。经7天治疗与护理，患者疼痛缓解，睡眠恢复正常，日常活动能力与社会参与能力恢复，生活质量得到提升。ICF指导下的中西医结合康复护理有利于全面评估患者功能状态，融合辨证施护个体化康复措施，能有效改善难治性带状疱疹后神经痛患者生活质量，为临床同类患者的康复护理提供参考。
This case report describes the rehabilitation nursing-integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medicine—provided to a patient with refractory postherpetic neuralgia. Based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), a comprehensive assessment was conducted across three dimensions: “body functions, ” “activity and participation, ” and “environmental factors. ” Guided by TCM principles of syndrome differentiation and nursing care, interventions were implemented to address pain control and sleep restoration (body functions), home care and social function reconstruction (activity and participation), and the creation of a supportive rehabilitation environment (environmental factors). Following seven days of treatment and nursing care, the patient experienced pain relief, normalized sleep patterns, restored capabilities for daily activities and social participation, and an improved quality of life. ICF-guided rehabilitation nursing that integrates TCM and Western medicine facilitates a comprehensive assessment of the patient’s functional status and allows for personalized rehabilitation measures based on syndrome differentiation; this approach effectively improves the quality of life for patients with refractory postherpetic neuralgia and offers a reference for the rehabilitation nursing of similar clinical cases.
