Continuous care based on ABC-X model on blood pressure control and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction
基于ABC-X模型的持续护理对脑梗死患者血压控制情况及神经功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于ABC-X模型的持续护理对脑梗死患者血压控制情况及神经功能的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月我院100例脑梗死患者，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对照组与观察组均为50例，对比常规护理（对照组）与基于ABC-X模型的持续护理（观察组）血压控制情况、神经功能、依从性以及生活质量。结果 观察组干预后血压水平、神经功能评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组依从率、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 脑梗死患者基于ABC-X模型开展持续护理，可以提升患者依从性，更好地控制患者血压水平，改善神经功能缺损，从而促使患者达到更高的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of continuous care based on the ABC-X model on the blood pressure control and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. Both the control group and the observation group had 50 cases. The blood pressure control, neurological function, compliance, and quality of life were compared between the conventional care (control group) and the continuous care based on the ABC-X model (observation group).
Results After intervention, the blood pressure levels and neurological function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the compliance rate and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with cerebral infarction, continuous care based on the ABC-X model can improve patient compliance, better control the blood pressure level of patients, improve neurological function deficits, and thereby promote patients to achieve a higher quality of life.
