Application effect of nutritional education combined with oral nutritional supplementation in perioperative nursing of patients with cholangiocarcinoma
营养教育联合口服营养补充在胆管癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究胆管癌患者围手术期护理中应用营养教育联合口服营养补充的有效价值。方法 将2023年1月至2024年7月受诊的患者76例视作观察对象，均达到胆管癌疾病诊断标准且接受手术治疗。随机划分两组，即对照实践组（常规护理）、优质实践组（常规护理、营养教育联合口服营养补充），对比患者围手术期护理的效果。结果 优质实践组肠鸣音恢复正常所需的平均时间（32.50±4.70）h、肛门正常排气所需的平均时间（24.10±3.91）h、首次排便所需的时间（28.71±4.52）h，均优于对照实践组，p<0.05。结论 胆管癌患者的临床治疗中，应及时引进营养教育联合口服营养补充的方案，提高护理干预效果。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effective value of combining nutritional education with oral nutritional supplementation in perioperative nursing of patients with cholangiocarcinoma.
Methods 76 patients who received treatment from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation subjects, all of whom met the diagnostic criteria for cholangiocarcinoma and underwent surgical treatment. Randomly divide into two groups, namely the control practice group (conventional nursing) and the high-quality practice group (conventional nursing, nutritional education combined with oral nutrition supplementation), and compare the effectiveness of perioperative nursing care for patients.
Results The mean time required for normal bowel sounds to return in the high-quality practice group (32.50±4.70) h, the mean time for normal anal flatus to be passed (24.10±3.91) h, and the time to achieve first bowel movement (28.71±4.52) h were all superior to those in the control practice group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of patients with cholangio-carcinoma, it is necessary to timely introduce a combination of nutrition education and oral nutrition supplementation to improve the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
