Application of the OBE-based tripartite teaching method in clinical teaching of colorectal surgery
基于OBE理念的三位一体教学方法在肛肠外科临床教学中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在肛肠外科临床教学中应用基于成果导向教育（OBE）理念的“床边-模拟-网络”三位一体教学方法的效果。方法 选取2022年4月至2025年6月肛肠外科临床医护实习生、规培生及低年资医护人员60名，随机分为观察组（基于OBE理念下三位一体教学模式）与对照组（传统教学）各30名，比较两组OBE核心学习成果、综合能力、教学满意度及批判性思维认知技能水平。结果 教学后观察组病史采集、专科操作、诊疗理论等核心成果评分，综合成绩，教学满意度各维度及批判性思维各维度评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于OBE理念的三位一体教学可有效提升肛肠外科临床医护实习生、规培生及低年资医护人员的临床技能、综合能力与批判性思维，优化教学质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) “bedside-simulation-network” tripartite teaching method in clinical teaching of colorectal surgery.
Methods Sixty clinical medical and nursing interns, residents, and junior medical and nursing staff in colorectal surgery from April 2022 to June 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group (OBE-based tripartite teaching model) and a control group (traditional teaching), with 30 in each group. The OBE core learning outcomes, comprehensive abilities, teaching satisfaction, and critical thinking cognitive skills were compared between the two groups.
Results After teaching, the observation group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in core outcomes such as history taking, specialized operations, and diagnostic and treatment theory, as well as in comprehensive scores, teaching satisfaction, and critical thinking skills (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The OBE-based three-in-one teaching method can effectively improve the clinical skills, comprehensive abilities, and critical thinking of anorectal surgery clinical medical and nursing interns, residents, and junior medical and nursing staff, thus optimizing teaching quality and is worthy of clinical promotion.
