Research on the practical teaching reform of “Integrated, Staged and On-site” industry-education integration guided by Huang Yanpei’ s vocational education philosophy
黄炎培职业教育理念指导下“一体化、分段式、现场型”产教融合实践教学改革研究

摘要

当前职业院校实践教学仍面临校企合作浅表化、技能训练零散化、学习场景脱离真岗实境等突出问题。破解这些难题，有必要回到中国本土的教育智慧中寻找资源。黄炎培先生所倡导的“手脑并用”“做学合一”“社会化”与“科学化”等主张，为产教融合下的实践教学改革提供了扎实的理论根基。本研究在梳理黄炎培职教思想要旨的基础上，构建了“一体化、分段式、现场型”产教融合实践教学框架。

Abstract

Practical teaching in vocational colleges continues to face problems such as superficial school-enterprise cooperation, fragmented skill training, and learning environments detached from real work situations. To address these issues, it is worth drawing on China’s indigenous educational wisdom. The core ideas advocated by Huang Yanpei-integrating hands and mind, uniting doing and learning, socialization, and scientization-provide a solid theoretical basis for reforming practice teaching through industry-education integration. This study constructs an “integrated, phased, and on-site” practice teaching model. Grounded in the progressive development of job competence, the model tightly aligns curriculum content with professional standards and teaching processes with production processes.
