Clinical study on the combination of Guben Kechuan granules and Budgefu in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
固本咳喘颗粒联合布地格福治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨固本咳喘颗粒联合布地格福吸入气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的临床疗效，评估其对肺功能、运动耐力、炎症因子及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2024年7月-2025年6月平湖市中医院呼吸科门诊收治的COPD稳定期患者100例，分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组予以布地格福吸入气雾剂每日2次、每次2揿治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用固本咳喘颗粒，每日3次、每次1袋冲服，持续治疗12个月。于治疗前及3、6、12个月检测相关指标，记录急性加重情况，并用SPSS 26.0统计处理。结果 治疗组各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 二者联用可显著改善肺功能与运动耐力，减轻炎症、提升生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guben Kechuan Granules combined with Budgefu inhalation aerosol in the treatment of stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to evaluate its effects on lung function, exercise endurance, inflammatory factors, and quality of life.
Methods 100 stable COPD patients admitted to the Respiratory Department Outpatient Department of Pinghu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Budgefu inhalation aerosol twice a day, with 2 puffs each time, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Guben Kechuan granules, taken 3 times a day, with 1 bag each time, for 12 months. Detect relevant indicators before treatment and at 3, 6, and 12 months, record acute exacerbations, and use SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis.
Results All indicators in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of the two can significantly improve lung function and exercise endurance, reduce inflammation, and improve quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
