Analysis of the research effect of SBAPR pharmaceutical care on patients with chronic diseases and hypertension in community
SBAPR药学服务对社区慢性病高血压患者的研究效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在社区慢性病高血压患者中采取现状-背景-评估-建议（SBAPR）药物服务的实际效果；方法 选取2025年1月-2026年5月北大荒集团红兴隆局直社区卫生服务中心就诊的60例高血压患者。以随机数字表法对患者进行分组，各30例。对照组实施常规药物服务模式，观察组采取SBAPR沟通的药学服务模式。比较两组的用药依从性、药物知识知晓情况及血压控制满意度情况；结果 观察组的用药依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的药物知识知晓非常了解占比高于对照组且血压控制情况为非常满意占比高于对照组（P＜0.05）；结论 将SBAPR药学服务应用于社区慢性病高血压患者的干预中，能够切实提升患者的用药依从性，增强患者的疾病认知并强化血压控制效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the actual effect of Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation (SBAPR) drug service in community patients with chronic diseases and hypertension.
Methods From January 2025 to May 2026, 60 patients with hypertension were selected from the community health service center of Hongxinglong Bureau of Beidahuang Group. Patients were divided into groups by random number table, 30 cases in each group. The control group implemented the conventional drug service mode, while the observation group adopted the pharmaceutical service mode of SBAPR communication. The medication compliance, drug knowledge awareness and blood pressure control satisfaction between the two groups were compared.
Results The compliance of medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the proportion of knowing drug knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of blood pressure control was very satisfactory (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of SBAPR pharmaceutical care in community intervention for patients with chronic diseases and hypertension can effectively improve patients’ medication compliance, enhance patients’ disease awareness and strengthen the effect of blood pressure control.
