人工智能与大数据技术正重塑职业教育生态,传统高职教学模式在个性化培养、实践效能与治理精度上的瓶颈日益凸显。本研究基于人机协同与教育数据科学理论,构建“人-机-生”三元协同智慧教学模式,明确教师、AI系统与学生三类主体的角色重塑与功能定位,阐释以数据流为纽带的闭环运行机制,从顶层制度设计、数据中台建设、教师数字素养赋能、多元评价体系重构四个维度,提出数据驱动的教学治理实践路径,旨在为高职院校深化智能时代教学改革、提升人才培养质量提供兼具理论性与可操作性的系统化方案。
Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data technologies are revolutionizing the vocational education ecosystem, accentuating the limitations of traditional vocational teaching models in terms of personalized training, practical efficacy, and governance precision. Grounded in the theories of human-machine collaboration and educational data science, this study constructs a “human-machine-student” ternary collaborative smart teaching model. It elucidates the redefined roles and functional orientations of teachers, AI systems, and students, and expounds on the closed-loop operational mechanism interconnected by data flow. From four perspectives: top-level institutional design, data platform development, enhancement of teachers' digital competencies, and restructuring of a multifaceted evaluation system, this study proposes a data-driven practical pathway for teaching governance. The objective is to offer vocational colleges a systematic, theoretically grounded, and practically feasible solution to deepen teaching reforms in the intelligent era and elevate the caliber of talent development.
