Paradigm innovation and practical exploration on integrated ideological and political education across different educational stages
跨学段思政一体化的范式创新与实践探索

摘要

党的二十大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央明确提出推进大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设，为新时代思政教育改革与发展提供了根本遵循。面对当前思政教育学段衔接不畅、价值引领与科创教育割裂等现实困境，北京科技大学将“钢铁精神”作为贯穿全学段的精神内核，以科技创新实践为赋能载体，系统构建覆盖大中小学的跨学段思政育人体系。本文阐释了这一实践的内在机理，总结了行业特色高校以特色文化铸魂、以科创实践赋能、以全域协同提质的创新范式，为同类高校推进思政教育一体化提供可借鉴的实践样本与理论参考。

Abstract

Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has proposed to advance the integrated development of ideological and political education at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, which establishes fundamental guidelines for the reform of ideological and political education in the new era. In response to prominent problems such as disjointed teaching across educational stages and the disconnection between value-oriented education and science and innovation training, University of Science and Technology Beijing regards the Iron and Steel Spirit as the core spiritual line throughout all schooling phases and takes scientific and technological innovation practice as the practical carrier to build a whole-chain integrated ideological and political education system covering primary, secondary and higher education. This paper analyzes the internal operational logic of the above practice and concludes an innovative education paradigm characterized by spiritual cultivation via featured culture, educational empowerment through scientific innovation and quality improvement relying on comprehensive coordination. It can supply practical cases and theoretical references for other industry-specific universities to facilitate the integrated construction of ideological and political education.
