目的 分析家庭为中心护理对肺炎患儿的干预效果。方法 该研究总共纳入225例研究对象，均是2025年1月至2026年1月到医院诊治的肺炎患儿，以随机数字表法为分组原则，划分为对照组（常规护理，n=112）、研究组（家庭为中心护理，n=113）。对比两组的肺功能、治疗依从性及家属满意度。结果 在用力肺活量、呼气峰流速、治疗依从性及家属满意度上，研究组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肺炎患儿，实施家庭为中心护理能改善肺功能，提高治疗依从性及家属满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of family-centered care in pediatric pneumonia patients. Methods A total of 225 pediatric pneumonia patients treated at the hospital between January 2025 and January 2026 were enrolled. Participants were randomly assigned using a random number table to either the control group (conventional care, n=112) or the study group (family-centered care, n=113). Pulmonary function, treatment adherence, and family satisfaction were compared between groups. Results The study group demonstrated superior outcomes compared to the control group in forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow rate, treatment adherence, and family satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing family-centered care for pediatric pneumonia patients improves pulmonary function, enhances treatment adherence, and increases family satisfaction.
