小组管理模式对消毒供应中心护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析消毒供应中心护理质量中实施小组管理模式的价值。方法 我院自2025年7月引入小组管理模式，将2025年1-6月常规管理的500件器械和2025年7月-12月实施小组管理模式的500件器械作为观察对象，对比感染和各个工序合格率以及服务质量评分。结果 管理后，各个消毒供应室工序的护理管理质量优于管理前，且感染次数以及感染率低于管理前，管理后的工作人员服务质量优于管理后，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在消毒供应中心护理质量中实施小组管理模式可提高工作人员的质量管理和服务意识，进而提高各个消毒供应工序的合格率，降低院感发生率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of implementing group management mode in the nursing quality of disinfection supply center.
Methods Our hospital will introduce the group management mode from July 2025. We will observe 500 instruments under routine management from January to June 2025 and 500 instruments under group management mode from July to December 2025. We will compare the infection rate, qualification rate of each process, and service quality score.
Results After management, the nursing management quality of each disinfection supply room process was better than before management, and the number and rate of infections were lower than before management. The service quality of the staff after management was better than before management, and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a group management model in the nursing quality of disinfection supply centers can improve the quality management and service awareness of staff, thereby increasing the qualification rate of various disinfection supply processes and reducing the incidence of hospital infection.
