The role of the CTTM teaching model based on the OBE concept in clinical teaching of critical care medicine
基于OBE理念的CTTM教学模式在急危重症临床教学中的作用

摘要

目的 分析基于成果导向教育（OBE）理念的案例立体教学法（CTTM）在急危重症临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年6月至2025年6月期间轮转的96名临床医学专业学生，随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组接受基于OBE理念设计的CTTM教学，对照组采用传统教学法。结果 实验组学生理论知识考核平均得分显著高于对照组，OSCE考核与教学满意度的各维度得分均更高（P<0.05）。结论 基于OBE理念的CTTM教学模式能够显著提升急危重症临床教学效果，促进学生在多方面的协调发展。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the Case-Based Three-Dimensional Teaching Method (CTTM) based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept in clinical teaching of critical care medicine.
Methods A total of 96 clinical medicine students who rotated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received CTTM teaching designed based on the OBE concept, while the control group was taught using traditional methods.
Results The experimental group achieved significantly higher average scores in theoretical knowledge assessments compared to the control group, with higher scores in all dimensions of OSCE evaluations and teaching satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The CTTM teaching model based on the OBE concept can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching in critical care medicine and promote the coordinated development of students in multiple aspects.
