Clinical observation on the efficacy of dapagliflozin in the treatment of stable coronary artery disease complicated with heart failure
达格列净治疗稳定性冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察达格列净治疗稳定性冠心病合并心力衰竭疗效及对心功能和临床指标影响。方法 选2024年10月至2025年10月我院50例61-88岁患者，随机分对照组和实验组各25例。对照组常规治疗，实验组加用达格列净片，均治6个月。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标、NT-proBNP（N末端B型利钠肽原）水平，记录心绞痛发作及不良反应，用SPSS26.0分析。结果 治疗前两组指标及发作情况无差异。治疗6个月后，两组指标改善，实验组LVEF（左心室射血分数）等改善幅度、发作频率及持续时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义；两组不良反应发生率无差异。结论 达格列净联合常规治疗可改善心功能、降低NT-proBNP、减少心绞痛发作，安全性好，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate dapagliflozin's efficacy in treating stable CAD with heart failure and its impact on cardiac function and clinical indicators.
Methods 50 patients aged 61-88 from Oct 2024 to Oct 2025 were divided into control and experimental groups of 25 cases each. The control group received conventional treatment, and the experimental group added dapagliflozin tablets, with a 6 - month treatment. Cardiac function, NT - proBNP, angina attacks, and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed by SPSS 26.0.
Results There were no significant differences before treatment. After 6 months, both groups improved, with the experimental group showing better improvements in LVEF etc., and lower attack frequency and duration, with significant differences. There was no difference in adverse reaction rates.
Conclusion   Dapagliflozin combined with conventional treatment can improve cardiac function, reduce NT - proBNP, and decrease angina attacks, with good safety, worthy of promotion.
