Clinical value of high-purity fish oil combined with selenium element in the treatment of alopecia patients
高纯鱼油联合硒元素治疗脱发患者的临床价值研究

摘要

目的 探究高纯鱼油联合硒元素治疗脱发患者的临床价值。方法 收录2024年1月至2025年6月于我院就诊的80例脱发患者，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例，分别给予硒元素治疗、高纯鱼油联合硒元素治疗，两组均连续治疗6个月。结果 治疗后观察组脱发区毛发密度高于对照组，头皮油脂分泌率、脱发严重程度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6, IL-6）水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率（92.50%）高于对照组（75.00%）（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 脱发患者接受高纯鱼油联合硒元素治疗，可显著改善脱发相关指标及血清炎症因子水平，提升临床疗效，且安全性良好。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-purity fish oil combined with selenium in the treatment of alopecia patients.
Methods A total of 80 alopecia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each using random number table method. Both groups received selenium therapy or high-purity fish oil combined with selenium therapy, respectively, for continuous treatment over 6 months.
Results After treatment, the observation group showed higher hair density in the alopecic areas compared to the control group, lower scalp sebum secretion rates, and lower severity scores of alopecia (P<0.05). The observation group also exhibited lower levels of TNF-α and IL-6 compared to the control group (P<0.05). The overall efficacy rate in the observation group (92.50%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%) (P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Treatment with high-purity fish oil combined with selenium in alopecia patients can significantly improve alopecia-related indicators and serum inflammatory factor levels, enhance clinical efficacy, and demonstrate good safety profiles.
