Standardized postural care protocol and clinical application for patients after vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy
糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切割术后患者体位护理规范方案与临床应用

摘要

目的 分析糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切割术后患者体位护理规范方案与临床应用。方法 选择我院在2024年7月-2025年6月于我院接受治疗的80例患者进行研究，随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组，每组40例，对照组常规管理，实验组规范化体位管理，对比两组患者的体位依从性率；平均维持时长；术后并发症的发生率和舒适度评分。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者体位依从率高于对照组，p<0.05，评估平均维持时长，实验组高于对照组，p<0.05，对比并发症发生率，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05，对比舒适度评分，实验组高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对糖尿病视网膜病变患者提供玻璃体切割术后提供规范化的体位管理，可以提升患者的依从性，提高体位维持时长，降低并发症的同时，提升其舒适度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the standardized positional nursing protocol and its clinical application in patients following vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy.
Methods A total of 80 patients treated in our hospital from July 2024 to June 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, while the experimental group received standardized positional nursing management. The two groups were compared in terms of positional compliance rate, mean maintenance duration, incidence of postoperative complications, and comfort score.
Results After different interventions, the experimental group showed a significantly higher positional compliance rate than the control group (P < 0.05). The mean maintenance duration in the experimental group was also significantly longer (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group (P < 0.05), and the comfort score was higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Providing standardized positional management after vitrectomy for patients with diabetic retinopathy can improve patient compliance, prolong positional maintenance duration, reduce complications, and enhance patient comfort.
