Study on the effectiveness of individual centered perioperative nursing in patients with gallstones after surgery
以个体为中心的围手术期护理在胆结石术后患者中的成效研究

摘要

目的 探究以个体为中心的围手术期护理运用于胆结石术后患者中的临床成效。方法 自2025年2月起，本院开始收集手术治疗胆结石的病例资料，至2026年2月止共纳入142例，通过随机数字表法平均分组。一组71例开展常规护理作为参照组；一组71例开展以个体为中心的围手术期护理作为实验组。对比两组术后相关指标、疼痛程度以及并发症情况。结果 实验组术后排气时间、首次下床活动时间、24 h疼痛评分等指标均较参照组显著偏低（P<0.05）。实验组并发症的发生率为4.23%较参照组的19.72%显著偏低（P<0.05）。结论 以个体为中心的围手术期护理运用于胆结石术后患者中，可明显缩短术后恢复时间，有效减轻术后疼痛，且术后并发症明显降低，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of individual centered perioperative nursing in patients with gallstones after surgery.
Methods Starting from February 2025, our hospital began collecting case data on surgical treatment of gallstones. By February 2026, a total of 142 cases were included and evenly divided into groups through random number table method. A group of 71 patients received routine nursing as the reference group; A group of 71 patients underwent individual centered perioperative nursing as the experimental group. Compare the postoperative related indicators, pain levels, and complications between two groups.
Results The experimental group had significantly lower postoperative exhaust time, first mobilization time, and 24-hour pain score compared to the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.23%, which was significantly lower than the 19.72% in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of individual centered perioperative nursing in postoperative patients with gallstones can significantly shorten the recovery time, effectively reduce postoperative pain, and significantly reduce postoperative complications. It should be actively promoted.
