Clinical efficacy observation of silver needle combined with sacral canal infusion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation
银质针联合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗方案中应用银质针联合骶管滴注治疗的医学价值。方法 将2023年1月-2024年12月内就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组50例采取骶管滴注治疗，观察组50例增加银质针治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的腰椎功能和疼痛评分以及治疗后的满意度。结果 治疗前，所有指标对比差异不具有统计学意义（P﹥0.05），治疗后，观察组患者视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）疼痛评分更低、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分低，日本骨科协会下腰痛（Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores for Low Back Pain; JOA）下腰评分更高，同时观察组治疗后的满意度高于对照组治疗后的满意度为，差异对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗方案中应用银质针联合骶管滴注可解除腰部功能障碍、降低疼痛不适，实现腰部功能的恢复，让患者受益。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of the application of silver needle combined with sacral canal drip treatment in the treatment scheme patients with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods Among the 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited from January 2023 to December2024, 50 cases were randomly assigned to the control group for sacral canal drip treatment, and 50 cases were added with silver needle treatment for the group. The lumbar function and pain scores before and after treatment and the satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results There was no significant difference in all before treatment (P﹥0.05). After treatment, the VAS pain score of the observation group was lower, the ODI disability score was lower, and the JOA lumbar recovery score was higher. At the same time, the satisfaction of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was significant (P﹤0.05).
Conclusion   The application of silver needle combined with sacral canal drip in the treatment scheme of patients with lumbar disc herni can relieve the dysfunction of the waist, reduce pain and discomfort, and achieve the recovery of lumbar function, so that patients can benefit.
