Research on the application value of psychological nursing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the rehabilitation period
心理护理联合高压氧疗在脑出血康复期患者中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 本文旨在探究心理护理联合高压氧疗对脑出血康复期患者的应用价值。方法 选择2024年2月到2025年2月收治的脑出血康复期患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=40例，常规护理）与实验组（n=40例，心理护理联合高压氧疗）。对比两组运动功能、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果 与对照组相比，实验组焦虑（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS）评分更低，运动功能以及护理满意度评分更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑出血康复期患者的护理中结合心理护理与高压氧疗能够有效提高治疗效果，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective This article aims to explore the application value of psychological nursing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the rehabilitation period.
Methods 80 patients in the rehabilitation period of cerebral hemorrhage admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=40, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (n=40, psychological nursing combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy). Compare the motor function, psychological state, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores, higher scores in motor function and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Combining psychological care with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the rehabilitation period can effectively improve treatment effectiveness and promote patient recovery.
