Research on the implementation effect of nursing risk management combined with personalized care in the cardiac catheterization room
护理风险管理结合个性化护理在心导管室中的实施效果研究

摘要

目的 对比研究心导管室中应用护理风险管理与个性化护理的效果。方法 80例样本，随机数字表法分为常规护理对照组、护理风险管理与个性化护理观察组，对比护理效果。结果 护理后，与对照组相比，观察组SAS、SDS评分，并发症率更低，SF-36评分、护理满意度评分更高，P＜0.05。结论 心导管室应用护理风险管理与个性化护理，有助于减轻患者的负面情绪，减少并发症，提高患者的生活质量，优化护理服务，效果显著，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of applying nursing risk management and personalized nursing in the cardiac catheterization room.
Methods A total of 80 samples were randomly divided into the control group with conventional nursing and the observation group with nursing risk management and personalized nursing by the random number table method. The nursing effects were compared.
Results After the nursing, compared with the control group, the observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores, a lower complication rate, higher SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction score, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of nursing risk management and personalized nursing in the cardiac catheterization room can help alleviate patients’ negative emotions, reduce complications, improve patients’ quality of life, optimize nursing services, and the effect is significant, with high clinical application value.
