The application effect of the zero-defect nursing model in the perioperative care of children with congenital heart disease
零缺陷护理模式在小儿先天性心脏病围术期的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨零缺陷护理模式在小儿先天性心脏病围术期中的应用效果及临床价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月在我院接受手术治疗的60例先天性心脏病患儿，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上施行零缺陷护理模式，包括术前全面评估与心理干预、术中精细化监测与协作、术后呼吸循环系统管理、并发症防控及个体化健康教育。结果 观察组机械通气时间、ICU停留时间和住院总时长均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05），疼痛评分明显降低（P＜0.01）。观察组在护理满意度、护理质量评估、沟通能力及依从性评分方面均显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%，明显低于对照组的30.00%（P＜0.01）。结论 零缺陷护理模式通过系统化、标准化及预见性管理，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of zero defect nursing mode in children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period.
Methods Sixty children with congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given zero-defect nursing mode, including comprehensive evaluation and psychological intervention before operation, meticulous monitoring and cooperation during operation, postoperative respiratory and circulatory system management, prevention and control of complications and individualized health education.
Results The duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay and total hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the pain score was significantly reduced (P < 0.01). The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction, nursing quality evaluation, communication ability and compliance score (P < 0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.00%, P < 0.01).
Conclusion   Zero-defect nursing mode has high clinical promotion value through systematic, standardized and predictable management.
