目的 分析基于安全隐患分析的手术室护理管理中应用PDCA循环的实践效果。方法 采用回顾性研究设计，选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间手术治疗的486例患者为研究对象，实施常规护理管理的患者设为对照组，在安全隐患分析基础上实施PDCA循环管理的患者设为观察组。结果 观察组手术部位感染发生率显著低于对照组，护理文书书写合格率、器械准备完好率更高，患者交接缺陷发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环管理能够在一定程度上降低手术室护理安全隐患的发生风险。
Objective To analyze the practical effect of applying PDCA cycle in operating room nursing management based on safety hazard analysis. Methods A retrospective study design was adopted, selecting 486 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 as the research subjects. Patients who received routine nursing management were set as the control group, and patients who received PDCA cycle management based on safety hazard analysis were set as the observation group. Results The incidence of surgical site infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The qualified rate of nursing document writing and the rate of instrument preparation were higher, and the incidence of patient handover defects was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management can reduce the risk of safety hazards in operating room nursing to a certain extent.
