Study on the significant effect of nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in treating limb numbness caused by oxaliplatin in colorectal cancer patients
基于中药熏洗治疗护理肠癌使用奥沙利铂所致的四肢麻木效果显著研究

摘要

目的 探讨基于中药熏洗治疗护理肠癌使用奥沙利铂所致的四肢麻木效果。方法 选取2024年4月-2026年3月本院收治的50例肠癌行CAPEOX方案化疗后并发四肢麻木的患者作为研究对象，将50例患者分组进行对比分析，对照组（给予常规护理干预）与观察组（在常规护理干预基础上联合中药熏洗治疗）均25例。比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组四肢麻木症状评分更低，生活质量、神经毒性分级改善更优，肿瘤标志物水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），不良反应率比较两组相近（P＞0.05）。结论 中药熏洗联合护理可有效改善肠癌CAPEOX化疗后奥沙利铂所致四肢麻木，减轻周围神经毒性，控制肿瘤标志物并改善生活质量，具有较高的临床应用前景。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fumigation and washing on limb numbness caused by oxaliplatin after CAPEOX chemotherapy in colorectal cancer patients.
Methods Fifty patients with limb numbness after CAPEOX chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, who were admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to March 2026, were selected as the research subjects. Fifty patients were divided into two groups for comparative analysis, with 25 cases in the control group (given routine nursing intervention) and 25 cases in the observation group (Combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment on the basis of routine nursing intervention). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group had lower scores of limb numbness symptoms, better improvements in quality of life and neurotoxicity grading, and significantly lower levels of tumor markers than the control group (P < 0.05). The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were similar (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with nursing can effectively improve limb numbness caused by oxaliplatin after CAPEOX chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, reduce peripheral neurotoxicity, control tumor markers and improve quality of life, which has high clinical application prospects.
