Clinical observation and risk factor analysis of ocular damage in patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus
眼带状疱疹患者眼部损害的临床观察及危险因素分析

摘要

目的 通过对眼带状疱疹患者的眼部损害情况进行系统的观察，寻找哪些因素会影响眼带状疱疹眼部损害的程度，以便尽早做出干预措施，精准进行个体化的治疗。方法 回顾性选取2025年1月-2026年1月皮肤科住院病房会诊的眼带状疱疹患者60例，对其皮损特点、眼部受侵部位、视力改变以及并发症等作详细的记录。结果 60例行眼带状疱疹患者中，眼部累及比例高达83.3%，（50/60）；眼部损伤以角膜炎（46.7%）、虹膜睫状体炎（35.0%）为主。结论 眼带状疱疹眼部损伤种类繁多，在眼科治疗过程中一定要做到早发现早处理；在老年群体中发生几率较高，免疫力低下以及延误就诊时间是造成眼内严重损伤的主要原因，在实际工作中要加强对这些疾病的监测力度及控制措施。

Abstract

Objective To conduct a systematic observation of the ocular damage in patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus, and to identify which factors may affect the severity of ocular damage caused by herpes zoster ophthalmicus, so as to take early intervention measures and provide precise individualized treatment.
Methods A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus who were admitted to the dermatology inpatient ward from January 2025 to January 2026 were retrospectively selected. Detailed records were made on the characteristics of skin lesions, ocular involvement sites, visual changes, and complications.
Results Among the 60 patients with herpes zoster ophthalmicus, the proportion of ocular involvement was as high as 83.3% (50/60); the ocular damage was mainly corneal inflammation (46.7%) and iridocyclitis (35.0%).
Conclusion   The types of ocular damage caused by herpes zoster ophthalmicus are diverse. In the process of ophthalmic treatment, it is necessary to detect and treat early; it occurs more frequently in the elderly population, and low immunity and delayed visit time are the main causes of severe ocular damage. In practical work, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and control measures for these diseases.
