目的 研究情景式临床护理技能大赛的教学模式在本科护理临床教学中的作用。方法 将2025年3月-12月接收的80例本科护理临床实习生纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组40例。参照组开展传统教学模式，研究组开展情景式临床护理技能大赛的教学模式，对比两组教学成果。结果 研究组护理胜任、护理技能评分和教学满意指数均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 情景式临床护理技能大赛的教学模式在本科护理临床教学中有显著作用。
Objective To investigate the role of the teaching model of scenario-based clinical nursing skills competition in undergraduate nursing clinical education. Methods A total of 80 undergraduate nursing clinical interns admitted from March to December 2025 were included in the study and randomly divided into a study group and a reference group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received traditional teaching, while the study group received the teaching model of scenario-based clinical nursing skills competition. The teaching outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing competence scores, nursing skill scores, and teaching satisfaction indices of the study group were all higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching model of scenario-based clinical nursing skills competition has a significant effect in undergraduate nursing clinical education.
