目的 分析肠道微生态调节对炎症性肠病患者临床缓解及黏膜愈合影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月60例炎症性肠病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法,分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上采取肠道微生态调节),各30例,比较应用效果。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者hs-CRP、ESR、IL-6水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组临床缓解率及黏膜愈合率比对照组高,(P<0.05)。结论 对IBD患者采取肠道微生态调节,可提升IBD患者的治疗效果,降低促炎因子水平,减轻炎症反应,增加临床缓解率与黏膜愈合率,加快肠道黏膜修复。
Objective To analyze the impact of gut microbiota regulation on clinical remission and mucosal healing in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods Sixty patients with inflammatory bowel disease from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional treatment) and an observation group (intestinal microbiota regulation based on the control group) using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The application effects were compared. Results The treatment efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, ESR and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical remission rate and mucosal healing rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Adopting gut microbiota regulation for IBD patients can improve treatment outcomes, reduce pro-inflammatory cytokine levels, alleviate inflammatory reactions, increase clinical remission rates and mucosal healing rates, and accelerate intestinal mucosal repair.
