快速康复在日间翼状胬肉切除手术的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析基于快速康复理念的护理在日间翼状胬肉切除手术护理中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性队列研究设计，选取2023年1月-2024年6月于我院眼科行日间翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的患者120例作为研究对象。根据护理方案的不同，将患者分为常规护理组（对照组）和快速康复护理组（观察组）。结果 观察组患者术后6h、12h及24h的VAS评均显著低于对照组，术后24h SAS评分及并发症发生率也低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组术后1周角膜上皮愈合率以及患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理模式应用于日间翼状胬肉切除手术，可有效缓解患者术后疼痛，减轻焦虑情绪，降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation-based nursing in the care of patients undergoing outpatient pterygium excision surgery.
Methods A retrospective cohort study design was employed, selecting 120 patients who underwent outpatient pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 as the study subjects. Based on different nursing protocols, the patients were divided into a conventional nursing group (control group) and a rapid rehabilitation nursing group (observation group).
Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 6h, 12h, and 24h postoperatively were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the SAS scores and complication rates at 24h postoperatively were also lower, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The corneal epithelial healing rate and patient nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group at 1 week postoperatively were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in outpatient pterygium excision surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, reduce anxiety, and lower the risk of complications.
