Exploration of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Chinese herbal plasters and acupoint massage on nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy
中医护理结合中药贴敷、穴位按摩对肿瘤化疗致恶心呕吐效果的探讨

摘要

目的 探究中医护理联合中药贴敷与穴位按摩的方法对于肿瘤化疗患者的恶心呕吐症状的有效控制情况以及护理价值。方法 在本院肿瘤内科进行化疗的86名肿瘤患者中通过随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与观察组各43人，对照组给予的是常规西医护理干预方式，观察组则在此基础上实施中医护理干预，具体包括：中药穴位贴敷（以吴茱萸、广霍香、生姜、半夏、丁香等为主要成分，贴敷前先对内关、中脘、神阙、天枢、足三里或涌泉穴按摩3～5分钟）及穴位注射（甲氧氯普胺注射液注射左右足三里穴）。对比两组的恶心呕吐分级以及干预有效率、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的整体恶心呕吐状况好转的有效率为90.70%，明显高于对照组患者的69.77%（P＜0.05）。观察组患者护理满意率和生活质量各项指标也有显著提高。结论 中医护理联合中药贴敷加穴位按摩对改善化疗所致恶心呕吐有较好的疗效，安全无副作用，简单易行，患者依从性好，可在临床中进行推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness and nursing value of the method combining traditional Chinese medicine nursing with Chinese herbal plasters and acupoint massage in controlling nausea and vomiting symptoms of patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy.
Methods 86 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine nursing intervention, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in addition, including: Chinese herbal acupoint plasters (Main ingredients include Evodia rutaecarpa, Pogostemon cablin, Ginger, Pinellia ternata, and Clove. Before applying the plasters, massage the Neiguan, Zhongwan, Shenque, Tianshu, Zusanli or Yongquan acupoints for 3 to 5) and acupoint injection (injecting metoclopramide injection into the left and right Zusanli acupoints). The nausea and vomiting grades, intervention effectiveness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The effective rate of overall nausea and vomiting improvement in the observation group was 90.70%, significantly higher than 69.77% in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate and various indicators of quality of life of the observation group also showed significant improvement.
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Chinese herbal plasters and acupoint massage has a good therapeutic effect on improving nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, is safe and without side effects, simple and easy to implement, has good patient compliance, and can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
