Application of Promestriene vaginal gel in IUD removal surgery for postmenopausal women
普罗雌烯阴道胶丸在绝经后女性IUD取环术中的应用

摘要

目的 研究普罗雌烯阴道胶丸在绝经后女性IUD（Intrauterine Contraceptive Device，节育环）取环术中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析200例绝经后行IUD取环术的患者，观察对象收治时间2024年12月-2025年11月，随机分组，给予普罗雌烯阴道胶丸的患者纳入G组（n=100），行常规操作的患者纳入K组（n=100），研究比较G组与K组患者的手术指标、并发症发生率、治疗效果。结果 G组的手术时间、宫颈扩张时间均显著短于K组，术中出血量显著少于K组，疼痛评分显著小于K组，并发症发生率显著低于K组，总有效率显著高于K组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 普罗雌烯阴道胶丸在绝经后女性IUD取环术中的应用效果更理想，值得广泛利用。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of progesterone vaginal gel in IUD removal surgery in postmenopausal women.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 200 postmenopausal patients who underwent IUD removal surgery. The observation subjects were admitted from December 2024 to November 2025 and randomly divided into two groups: Group G (n=100) for patients who received Promestriene vaginal gel, and Group K (n=100) for patients who underwent routine procedures. The surgical indicators, incidence of complications, and treatment efficacy were compared between Group G and Group K.
Results The surgical time and cervical dilation time of group G were significantly shorter than those of group K, the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of group K, the pain score was significantly lower than that of group K, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of group K, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of group K, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Promestriene vaginal gel has a more ideal application effect in IUD removal surgery for postmenopausal women and is worthy of widespread use.
