Clinical effect of budesonide and terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺的临床效果

摘要

目的 探讨布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入联合噻托溴铵对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2024年4月至2025年12月收治的91例老年慢阻肺患者，依据随机数字表法分为对照组（45例）和观察组（46例）。对照组给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗，观察组此基础上加用噻托溴铵粉雾剂吸入。比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率、肺功能指标均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 采用布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗，能够提高治疗总有效率，改善肺功能，安全性良好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of inhaled budesonide and terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods A total of 91 elderly patients with COPD admitted from April 2024 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (46 cases) according to a random number table. The control group was treated with inhaled budesonide combined with terbutaline, while the observation group was additionally treated with inhaled tiotropium bromide powder on this basis. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The total effective rate and lung function indices in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Treatment with budesonide and terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide can improve the total effective rate of treatment, enhance lung function, and has good safety.
