Clinical effect of triangular ligament strengthening repair combined with open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures complicated with triangular ligament injury
三角韧带加强修补联合切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤的临床效果

摘要

目的 探讨踝关节骨折（AF）伴三角韧带损伤（DLI）患者应用三角韧带加强修补联合切开复位内固定（ORIF）治疗的效果。方法 在2024年1月-2025年12月选取50例AF患者，其均伴有DLI，根据便利抽样法分组。对照组应用ORIF治疗，在此基础上，再使用三角韧带加强修补术治疗观察组内患者。对比2组患者踝-后足功能评分、距骨倾斜角和内踝间隙。结果 术后2组中观察组踝-后足功能评分最高，2组对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义；术后2组中观察组距骨倾斜角和内踝间隙最小，2组对比P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论 合并DLI的AF患者联合应用三角韧带加强修补和ORIF治疗效果显著，不仅能促进其踝-后足功能恢复，还能增强复位效果，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the efficacy of triangular ligament reinforcement repair combined with open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) in patients with ankle fracture (AF) accompanied by deltoid ligament injury (DLI)
Methods From January 2024 to December 2025, 50 patients with AF were selected, They all accompany with DLI, Grouping is based on convenient sampling. The control group was treated with ORIF, and on this basis, the observation group was treated with triangular ligament reinforcement repair. The ankle-hindfoot function score, talus inclination angle, and medial malleolus gap of the two groups were compared.
Results After surgery, the ankle-hindfoot function score of the observation group was the highest, and the comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant; the talus inclination angle and medial malleolus gap of the observation group were the smallest, and the comparison between the two groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Patients with AF who underwent DLI combined with triangular ligament reinforcement repair and ORIF showed significant therapeutic effects, It not only promotes the recovery of ankle-hindfoot function but also enhances the reduction effect, and is worthy of application.
