目的 观察分析对慢阻肺患者实施穴位贴敷联合中医护理的应用效果。方法 选取90例医院收治的慢阻肺患者，均选自2025年4月-2026年2月期间，随机数字表法均分。西医常规治疗及护理的45例为对照组，实施穴位贴敷联合中医护理的45例为观察组。对比两组中医证候积分变化、肺功能及临床疗效。结果 较对照组，观察组的中医证候积分各指标干预后明显更低，两组差异显著（P<0.05）；较对照组，观察组的干预后的肺功能各项指标改善更优，两组差异显著（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组疗效更高达到95.56（43/45），两组差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 穴位贴敷联合中医护理应用于慢阻肺患者，可有效降低中医证候积分，改善患者临床症状及肺功能指标，疗效良好，值得应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of acupoint plaster application combined with traditional Chinese nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from April 2025 to February 2026 were selected. All of them were randomly divided by the random number table method. 45 cases of the conventional Western medicine treatment and nursing were selected as the control group, and 45 cases of acupoint plaster application combined with traditional Chinese nursing were selected as the observation group. The changes in TCM syndrome scores, pulmonary function, and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the indicators of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the improvement of various pulmonary function indicators in the observation group after intervention was better, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the efficacy of the observation group was higher, reaching 95.56 (43/45), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint plaster application combined with traditional Chinese nursing applied to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores, improve clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indicators of patients, and have a good therapeutic effect, which is worthy of application.
