摘要

目的 探讨冠状动脉分叉病变患者应用冠状动脉造影下拘禁球囊技术治疗对预防并发症的效果。方法 在2024年10月-2025年10月选取100例冠状动脉分叉病变患者,依据随机数字表法分为2组,在冠状动脉造影检查基础上,再给予对照组拘禁导丝技术治疗,给予观察组拘禁球囊技术治疗,对比2组患者术后并发症发生率。结果 靶血管心肌梗死等并发症发生率,2组中观察组最低,2组经对比P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 冠状动脉分叉病变患者应用冠状动脉造影下拘禁球囊技术治疗效果显著,能有效降低并发症发生风险,值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of using the confinement balloon technique under coronary angiography for treating patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions in preventing complications.
Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, 100 patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions were selected. They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. On the basis of coronary angiography, the control group was treated with confinement guidewire technology, and the observation group was treated with confinement balloon technology. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of target vessel myocardial infarction and other complications was the lowest in the observation group. After comparison, P < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of the confinement balloon technique under coronary angiography for patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions has a significant effect, can effectively reduce the risk of complications, and is worthy of application.
