社区妇科门诊对阴道炎的临床治疗方法研究

摘要

目的 探究社区门诊对阴道炎的临床治疗方法。方法 收集我院在2025年1月份至2025年12月份收治的80例患者进行研究，通过随机平衡的方式分成了对照组和实验组，每组设定患者的数量为40例，对照组患者提供常规治疗，实验组患者针对性治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果，复发率进行评价，明确患者生活质量。结果 实验组患者治疗效果更佳，p<0.05，对比患者复发率，实验组更低，p<0.05，评估患者生活质量，实验组患者生活质量高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 为社区妇科门诊阴道炎患者在开展基础治疗的同时，提供针对性的治疗方案，可以提升患者的治疗效果，降低复发率，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical treatment methods of vaginitis in community outpatient clinics.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were collected for the study. They were randomly and equally divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group received targeted treatment. The treatment effects, recurrence rates, and quality of life of patients in both groups were evaluated.
Results The experimental group showed better treatment effects (p<0.05). Comparing the recurrence rates, the experimental group had a lower rate (p<0.05). Assessment of patients' quality of life showed that the experimental group had higher quality of life than the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with vaginitis in community gynecology outpatient clinics, providing targeted treatment plans along with basic treatment can improve treatment outcomes, reduce recurrence rates, and enhance patients' quality of life.
