根本原因分析法（RCA）在护理质量缺陷控制中的实践效果及推广意义

摘要

目的 探讨根本原因分析法（RCA）在护理质量缺陷控制中的应用效果以及推广意义。方法 采用回顾性分析，选择2024年1月到2025年1月期间发生护理质量缺陷的患者资料30例，采用RCA分析护理缺陷发生的原因，并制定针对性干预措施，对比干预前后的不良事件发生率、患者满意度以及护理人员专业能力。结果 干预后不良事件发生率低于干预前，患者满意度以及护理人员专业能力高于干预前，数据差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 RCA能够识别护理质量缺陷的根源并制定针对性的干预措施，有效减少护理缺陷的发生，提高护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and promotion significance of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the control of nursing quality defects.
Methods Using a retrospective analysis, we selected 30 cases of patients with nursing quality defects that occurred between January 2024 and January 2025. We conducted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to investigate the reasons for nursing defects and developed targeted intervention measures. We compared the incidence of adverse events, patient satisfaction, and the professional competence of nursing staff before and after the intervention.
Results The incidence of adverse events after intervention was lower than before intervention, and patient satisfaction and nursing staff professional competence were higher than before intervention. The data differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   RCA can identify the root causes of nursing quality defects and develop targeted intervention measures, effectively reducing the occurrence of nursing defects and improving nursing quality.
