Application of 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing combined with continuity nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
4S呼吸康复护理联合延续性护理在慢阻肺患者中应用

摘要

目的 将4S呼吸康复护理联合延续性护理用于慢阻肺（COPD）患者中，对其应用价值进行分析。 方法 回顾性选取2025年1月-2025年12月本科室收治的80例COPD患者临床资料，将行常规护理的40例患者纳入对照组，将实施4S呼吸康复护理联合延续性护理的40例患者纳入观察组，对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 干预前，两组症状、疾病影响、活动能力3项评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更低（P<0.05）；干预前，两组CAT、GQOLI-74评分及6MWD比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组CAT评分更低，GQOLI-74评分及6MWD更高（P<0.05）；两组护理满意度比较，观察组97.50%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对COPD患者来说，应用4S呼吸康复护理联合延续性护理可有效减轻疾病严重程度，提高生活质量及运动耐受，还可提高患者护理满意度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing combined with continuity nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods A retrospective review of clinical data from 80 COPD patients admitted to our department from January to December 2025 was conducted. Forty patients who received routine nursing were assigned to the control group, and forty patients who received 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing combined with continuity nursing were assigned to the observation group. The intervention outcomes of the two groups were compared.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in symptom scores, disease impact scores, and activity capacity scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group had significantly lower scores in these three aspects (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in CAT scores, GQOLI-74 scores, and 6MWD between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group had significantly lower CAT scores, higher GQOLI-74 scores, and higher 6MWD (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (97.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with COPD, the application of 4S respiratory rehabilitation nursing combined with continuity nursing can effectively reduce disease severity, improve quality of life and exercise tolerance, and enhance patient nursing satisfaction, thus demonstrating high application value.
