Application of comprehensive healthcare system in elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures and its impact on quality of life
综合康护体系在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究综合康护体系在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法 观察对象为78例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者，收治时间2024年7月-2025年12月，随机分组，运用综合康护体系的患者纳入J组（n=39），运用常护体系的患者纳入P组（n=39），研究比较J组与P组患者的疼痛度、腰椎功能、自理能力、生活质量。结果 预前，J组与P组患者的疼痛度、腰椎功能、自理能力、生活质量差异小，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；预后，2组患者的疼痛度、腰椎功能、自理能力、生活质量均优于预前，而J组指标明显比P组更理想，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合康护体系在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响更大，值得广泛利用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application of a comprehensive rehabilitation nursing system in elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures and its impact on quality of life.
Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures admitted between July 2024 and December 2025 were enrolled. Patients were randomly assigned to Group J (n=39) receiving the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing system and Group P (n=39) receiving conventional nursing care. Pain levels, lumbar spine function, self-care ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results Preoperatively, there were no statistically significant differences in pain levels, lumbar spine function, self-care ability, or quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05). Postoperatively, both groups showed improved outcomes in pain levels, lumbar spine function, self-care ability, and quality of life, with Group J demonstrating significantly better results than Group P (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing system demonstrates greater efficacy in improving quality of life for elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures and is worthy of widespread adoption.
