The effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot envelop therapy on postoperative pain and nausea/vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
耳穴压豆联合中药热奄包治疗对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后疼痛及恶心呕吐的影响

摘要

目的 探讨耳穴压豆联合中药热奄包应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的临床护理效果。方法 选取200例手术患者，随机分为两组，各100例。对照组给予一般外科护理，观察组在此基础上加以应用耳穴压豆、中药热奄包，比较两组术后疼痛情况及胃肠干预情况。结果 观察组术后12小时以及24小时的VAS疼痛评分明显小于对照组；其中恶心呕吐的发生率（8.0%）也远远低于对照组（28.0%），差异均有非常明显的统计学差异（P＜0.001）。结论 这一中医疗特色联合外治疗法可以有效的缓解疼痛及恶心呕吐的症状，减少术后并发症的发生几率，符合加速康复外科的理念，具有很强的临床推广应用意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot envelop therapy in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods 200 patients undergoing surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received general surgical nursing, while the observation group was additionally treated with auricular point pressing beans and traditional Chinese medicine hot envelop therapy. The postoperative pain conditions and gastrointestinal intervention situations of the two groups were compared.
Results The VAS pain scores of the observation group at 12 hours and 24 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group; the incidence of nausea and vomiting (8.0%) was also much lower than that of the control group (28.0%), and the differences were statistically significantly (P < 0.001).
Conclusion   This traditional Chinese medicine characteristic combined with external treatment method can effectively relieve pain and nausea/vomiting symptoms, reduce the occurrence rate of postoperative complications, conform to the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, and has strong clinical application and promotion significance.
